They sent me a text reminder for an appointment I booked out a month in advance… An HOUR before the appointment. No calls, no texts, no emails days or weeks in advance- AN HOUR. Right now I have switched jobs and I was working a shift. I had no time to just stop and go to my appointment. Imagine getting a reminder for your appointment you booked a month ago an hour before. This COVID test was crucial to get very important health tests done on me. I can’t get the tests done unless I test negative for COVID. When I called someone to get it rescheduled, they were booked up- that I’m fine with. I offered my schedule, but the receptionist CHUCKLED at my time issue/me trying to work with her. Rude. Unprofessional. Absolutely not okay. I had to figure out something else and get tested the next day after work because the demand for COVID tests is so high in this area. I work an hour out from where I live.

I had to get a covud test to start my new job. After waiting and following up without any response for more than a week with RiteAid and pwn health -who performs the lab test itself, I was able to get set for a same day test with NW Labs and my results were provided in a timely, professional manner. There were no long wait lines either. Also it was free. If anyo e needs reliable test results on time- definitely go here!

Although it was very busy, the employees at NW Laboratory we're very efficient in processing that drive up covid-19 testing. They worked quickly and had signs up to clearly tell you what to do in the process of getting a test. If you want to get a personal copy of your results by email, be sure to give them a completed request form from their website. Otherwise the results will go only to your doctor and your doctor will notify you.
