Beautiful wedding venue, but poor acoustics and sound control. While the glass extension towards the harbor makes for a great backdrop, the entire room is hard surfaces (metal, glass, hard flooring, etc.). Add many people, and it's hard to hear anything. Adding some curtains beside the windows, flags on the walls, tapestries, or something along those lines would help a lot.

There are a couple in the Fairhaven business district. And in walking distance.
Look it up on the WA website, or ask when you buy your license at Yeagers or Ace Hardware. It might be tricky due to all the boats and traffic there.
