My nephew was just seen there last week, and today when he went back to be seen, he was sent away because they couldn't verify his insurance. Just last week everything was fine. Still has the same insurance company. So turning him away was wrong! I wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

Care Medical Group has been my best medical experience ever, bar none. The reception staff are super kind, competent, and patient. I have literally never waited more than five minutes for any of my visits (except for COVID testing, which at the time was a long wait anywhere). I've visited twice for urgent care and have recently set up primary care with Dr. Wei. For urgent care visits I was seen promptly and received expert care; all of the nurses and technicians are absolutely top quality. Since setting up primary care, Dr. Wei has been friendly, attentive, and very helpful. After many bad medical experiences in the past, I'm always wary of new doctors, but immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Wei, and he listened to me without judgement and provided exactly the care, testing, and advice I needed. Every single person who has helped me here has been great at what they do. I can't recommend this spot enough!

Came in for my husbands appointment and waited in the lobby I watched as the receptionists dealt with people in for a covid test at the counter never saw one sanitize their hands or anything else like the counter I was here long enough to see several of the same thing occur repetively I was told twice but my mask over my nose yet they repetitively handled patients phones and other items with no sanitation in between I was perfectly capable of seeing what they were not doing since I was just sitting there and waiting for my husband to get his physical completed after speaking with them this morning I don't think they really care they didn't seem to they didn't act like they did they didn't talk like they did the receptionist were kind and friendly but they didn't follow any of the protocols and sanitize their hands they didn't sanitize the area they were very sure to make people stay back at 6 ft but for why if nothing was cleaned why did everyone else have to stand back and maintain a distance of 6 feet they were clean anything or making sure anything was sanitized in between patience sounds like it was more a matter of protocol to make the patients follow and not themselves

Went to this clinic for covid testing for travel to Canada. When my results didn’t come back in time due to an overwhelmed lab, the staff at Care went above and beyond to get it sorted out for me. It’s obvious that this clinic is busy but they are definitely doing their best to take care of patients and customers.
