I talked with Ron during the week and asked about weekend hours. They do not have any weekend hours at all. However, Ron said I could come on up and take a look at the inventory. I live a little over 3 hours away. I was hesitant at first to travel that far when no-one would be there. But on Friday I told Ron my plan to have my wife bring me up, and then she would leave me in Indy and head home as she had to work Monday morning. I would then purchase a bus and drive it home before having to work 2nd shift later that night. Ron assured me that I would have no problem driving a bus off the lot. So I did my searching Sunday and picked out the bus that had the most features I was looking for. This bus also was the cheapest on the list at $1500. Even though I had the budget to spend a lot more, why not buy the cheapest if it is what you want? Ron told me he would be there at 8am and the paperwork would take 10 minutes. I arrived at 8:30am after my wife decided to stay with me just in case I had any trouble and didn't want me stuck in Indianapolis. I'm glad she did. Ron wasn't there and the saleswoman that helped me said he wouldn't be there until 9:30am. First strike knowing I talked with him Friday about just this possibility. Next, the bus I had decided on did NOT RUN! It had been towed in with engine issues. There was nothing said about that Friday. There is also nothing wrote on the windshields of these buses, although they are marked what the stock number is. This would have helped me tremendously and chances are I would have found another bus. But that was strike two. How can I trust this place now? The saleswoman offered to show me other buses, but I had wasted all day Sunday driving to Indy and a few hours of my time deciding which bus was perfect. Cost of a hotel room, and Ron wasn't even there when he said he would be. I know things happen, but afterward I texted Ron and told him about the poor service I had received and told him I would write these reviews. But then he never texted back. So tread carefully with this dealership, some say Ron is great, but he never offered to make it right with me.
