Warning! Beware of this "so-called company." Mr. Anderson (the owner) is an expert at running his mouth, but can't seem to back-up his words with nothing more than more empty words. I paid over $1,500 to have top soil delivered. What I received was a bunch of cheap filler dirt infested with these weird spider-looking weeds. The owner has made several empty promises but has yet to follow-up. We are now several months from Cheap Dirt (I mean Dirt Cheap) destroying my yard with no resolve in sight. I will be posting several images in the coming days to show what Cheap Dirt (I mean Dirt Cheap) did to my yard. My yard is in worse shape than it was before hiring these clowns.

Depends on the Home building particulars, relative to current production schedule an getting it into our building time frame. That will factor into our being a Prime or Sub- on your project.
