Stayed at this hotel after a long trip across South Dakota, thought it would be fun for the kids. Things went well enough at check in and on our early afternoon trip to the pool area. If you have small kids the kiddy area would be a great option for the little ones as long as they can dodge the teenage kids running through the area and trying to play on the baby slide. After dinner time the pool became a free for all of kids and drunk "parents". There was no supervision by any staff or adults who I can only assume were supposed to be responsible for the 40ish kids running wild. The water slide was fun but the band of wild children will land on top of you if you don't clear the end quick. Thw room was nice enough and looked to be recently remodeled but the air would not cool below 70ish degrees. If Im ever in South Dakota again I'd probably pick one of the higher end hotels.

Truck broke down and hotel was next door.Was impressed with rooms spacious and clean.Everybody there was friendly especially front desk receptionist Andrea. Breakfast was good .Next time I pass through will stop stay again just to give them business

Loved this place!! I was looking for hotels that were local that had a pool and this one looked appealing because of the pool - so we had a little overnight trip with the kids so they could have some fun. The waterside makes this hotel get 5 stars on its own, sooo much fun!! We got a big room and it was really affordable (especially if you sign up for the rewards program). The room was kinda dated but it was super clean and inviting, no complaints at all. The pillows were awesome, my kids keep telling me to get them pillows like the hotel pillows :) The breakfast area was super cute, nice warm inviting fireplace and TV. The breakfast selection was awesome too - not just the standard waffle iron and cereal, they had stuff like eggs and sausage. The staff were all friendly. They were present but not in your face present, I like that. I felt comfortable walking around and exploring without having staff giving me the side eye - it was just a very relaxed vibe. We were here in a weekday so we had the pool pretty much to ourselves. Can’t wait to plan another pool night for the kids, wish I had done it sooner because this was so much fun! Thanks guys, we will be back!

I had a good stay there . It was clean and nice . The rooms were nice and the service was very good. The people that worked there were very nice . Had a drain issue with the sink but they got right on unstopping it . Good attitude with the ones who work there . I would stay there again for sure !
