I scheduled our vehicle for an air bag recall for a morning appointment. I dropped the keys off the evening before and was told it would take about an hour and a half. My wife went to pick it up after she got off work and theyI said they didn't have the vehicle nobody dropped it off. My wife said we dropped it off the night before and then they start. d looking for the keys. What a joke!! I will NEVER go back to this so called business

Brought in Duramax 2500 for warranty issue with motor, this dealer charged us money even though should have been covered under warranty. Also they did not fix the issue, truck still don't work.

Dishonest... had a pre-purchase inspection done on the vehicle by an independent party, told me one of the rear shocks was bad and should be replaced. Sharp says it's been inspected by their own mechanics and does not warrant replacement. I run my hand along the shock and it's caked with oil. Should have known they were dishonest from the beginning when the car was advertised online as having a back up camera and Bluetooth, neither of which are actual features.
