The staff was competent and friendly but the restaurant was dingy and didn't seem clean in any of the areas. Cleanliness is a MUST for restaurants.

Customer Friendly atmosphere, the Cashier who took our order was personable & a nice reflection of the place, along with the cleanliness. We waited maybe 5 mins for our food, which came out fast n fresh. Fries didn't taste like they were deep fried with anything else. I had the Pub Burger Special which is one of the better go-to's out there when they have it on special. If not, plenty of other choices to choose from, added some cheese curds (good portions & delicious) after you're done, before you leave make sure you try the custard or root beer floats as well. We recommend Culvers as a nice family sit-down or drive-through restaurant to check out while in town or sitting at home not in the mood to cook.

I really like Culver's and this place has always been as good as others we have been too. The staff is friendly and they donate to local school events and stuff. I haven't been inside in a while, but the last time I was, it was clean. This time we went through the drive through and ordered a shake and sweet potatoe fries. The shake was out immediately, but they asked me to park to the side for the fries with a post it note and number on it. Pretty much every car was getting parked to the side. We waited a pretty decent amount of time for the fries to get done, so I was bummed it took so long on that. The fries were OK, but I have had better from them, so I don't know if it was because they were rushing or what. So, a little disappointed today.
