PLEASE BE AWARE! This bank engages in shady charging practices and endless solicitation for products you may not desire (life insurance, etc). I have been a member for 15 years too long and cannot leave quickly enough! Other banks offer far better interest for holding onto your money. Please check your accounts. They sneakily moved members to a "rewards" checking account without member permission. They "reward" you by sneaking in about a 5 dollar charge each month. When I noticed this (after two months), the customer service representative said "I was emailed about it...". Here is the issue: CUofGA drowns their customers in junk email, so unless you read the details of each message (who has time for that), you would have no way of recognizing what I believe is the quiet theft of YOUR money. This CuofGA president should be removed for these practices. Do yourself a favor and switch banks.
