I had the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience with the buyer Chad at this Jaguar dealership. Took in my 2016 Jaguar F-Type to get an offer and Chad gave me an insulting $24,000 offer. When I showed him the KBB trade-in value range of $26,000 - $28,000 and private sale range of $29,000 - $35,000, he said sarcastically "why don't you take it to KBB to sell it then?" I said "Ok" and stopped reasoning with this guy. He must've realized how obnoxious he sounded and started to give a non-apology explanation "I don't mean to sound smart but blah blah blah..." So I walked out and listed my car on AutoTrader. Within a few weeks, I received multiple dealership offers in $27,000 - $28,000 range and eventually sold to a happy private buyer for $34,500. If there is an award for stealership, this Jaguar would win the Oscar.

Got off on the wrong foot with their service department and it never got better. It just got worse. They don't honer warranties or followup. We're still waiting on a call from a director since Monday

Poor experience time and time again... I purchased a new vehicle in 2020 & was told that oil changes and regular maintenance was included up to a certain mileage...It's 2022 & I have only been granted a single oil changed covered by the package that I was sold with the vehicle. Today, I learned that I will be paying for this (the 2nd) and all future oil changes, not at all consistent with what was explained to me by the sales rep and the previous service rep. Staff is lack-luster at best and make no attempt to provide guidance or assistance in understanding the terms and conditions of service warranties. If you decide to purchase here, I recommend that you record what you are promised, because I guarantee that you will need that recording when it's time to redeem services. Really disappointed.

This is definitely possible! The red interior with a white exterior is one of my favorite combinations! Some of the color combinations (including the red interior) are exclusive to the R-Sport and S trim levels. Make sure you choose R-Sport or S and it'll give you more options and colors to choose from in addition to sportier seats, suspension, and looks.
