Chicken is good but the biscuits were not fresh in the middle of lunch. Food is too expensive to not be fresh

The staff at the 72 location displayed great customer service. I haven't been to KFC in atleast 12 years and decided to stop over there. They spoke when we entered the establishment, patiently waited, took our order and had us on our way with food in hand in no time at all. Thanked us for visiting that location as well. I have visited many fast food locations in Huntsville and Madison. Almost everyone is rude, impatient and display no customer service at all. This happens in the stores as well. I'm fairly new to Huntsville and I am not sure customer service is taught. Maybe they can learn from the staff at KFC!

The absolute best experience I've ever had at KFC. I got my food in less than 3 minutes from the time I ordered it. It was hot, fresh, and absolutely amazing. I got exactly what I paid for and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a newly renovated KFC location and I will purposely drive out of my way to come here from now on!!!

Tried it now it’s open. The biscuit was bigger than the chicken. Chicken had been sitting under the lamps to long. Not what I grew up eating. They also forgot my 2 large coleslaw.
