I would give 0 stars if i could this place is has the worst management I have ever experienced. I asked to talked to a manager and the manager refused to come out to talk to me. This member of management said "nope I am not dealing with that" and left me to stand in the lobby until I just gave up and left. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!! IT IS BY FAR THE WORST FAST FOOD ESTABlISHMENT!!

We have been here many times cause we live in the area and we have ordered through the app a lot but I’ve never seen a place mess up on my sauces more then this one very disappointed.

I swear the salads used to be bigger. I paid 8$ for half a salad. Zaxbys has gone downhill over the years imo.

Have you changed brands of Tea or Sweetner in the past few weeks? I ate there last week and again today both times have made me so sick at my stomach, I had to take a phengren tablet.

It's sad when you order a salad and they ask what kind of dressing you want to get home and there is no dressing
