I'm give 4 stars only because I truly believe that people suffer from bad incidents before you comes along. My server was a bit disturbed while retrieving my order. However, after having a talk with her to uplift her spirit. She become happier again to know that customer do care. Keep up the good work.

Super friendly service and they were quick too. Had a fairly large ordered and they handled it with ease. My hats off to this location for handling business. Love that cajun spice!

Order online they said, it'll be more efficient they said. Oh, wait, but the lobby is randomly closed on a Friday evening. Oh, wait, you mean you didn't want one of your two children's chicken sandwiches to be randomly changed to spicy? Oh, wait, you mean you didn't want your popcorn shrimp subbed to regular tails on fried? Oh, wait, you mean you didn't want your coleslaw to be spoiled and sour? Oh, wait, you mean you didn't want to wait in the drive through line for 44 minutes waiting for this horrendously messed up online order? Don't you dare read this and still make the mistake I made.

It was good but asked for Mac and cheese (said red beans and rice but corrected myself and said Mac and cheese a 2nd time) but got red beans and rice. I also specifically asked for BBQ sauce and got confirmation from the employee but came home to no sauce. I don't blame anybody necessarily as it was kind of busy and I understand busy just wish fast food restaurants would try to ensure all items are present that was requested by the customer.

So you loose 3 to 4 hours of liver business and have unhappy customers. As far as early birds my day starts at 6am and ends from work at 9:30pm. I rush to Popeyes before you close at 11.......BUY MORE LIVERS TO SELL TO THE PUBLIC PLEASE!!!!

I never knew they did this! I would call and ask to confirm and then ask how early you need to place your order and pay.
Yes, they seemed a little less moist the last time I visited, but I thought it was just me that noticed. Maybe it's the weather effecting the ovens, the hot heat, but it's worth calling the manager to talk to him regarding the juiciness of the biscuits! 😀
