Years ago this place first opened it was great. Fast forward to 2022 the population increased in the Naperville area and I am confident so did the customers at this facility. Unfortunately, the staff is EXTREMELY careless. The prescriptions for my dogs were filled incorrectly FIVE times. I tried addressing the issue with Dr. Eric Timmons and he stated that the "protocol" would be changed but unfortunately in August, once again the medications were misfilled and on one of them the quantity was short but they conveniently charged me the FULL price. They do NOT take careless errors seriously so I did the correct thing and now take my business elsewhere but for the sake of the pets that are medicated...PAY ATTENTION!!!

Love Dr. Timmons as the pets’ vet. He explains what to look for and the dogs look forward to seeing him. We drive a bit to come back to this clinic even though we moved away.

Poor service and miss communication. Staff is very rude. I will never take my pet there.

I had my dog scheduled for a groom this morning. I adjusted work schedule, child drop off and travel plans and showed at my scheduled time only to hear that the groomer is not coming in today. It's unacceptable that I did not receive a phone before coming in. The staff did not seem to care one bit.
