Passing the area it was a must I find out the requirements. The area was super nice, quiet, and beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and was open to answering my questions and emailing me additional requirements. Hopefully something opens up soon because I can definitely see me and my little one living comfortably in this neighborhood.

No and they take to long for you to get in my friend has been trying since before Thanksgiving and still haven't approved him yet always wanting this that and the other bring in this once you bring it in a while later they need something else such a headache dealing with them. I would rate them a 2
