We paid $$$$ for a fence to secure our yard so our dog would be safe. A few days after the installation we noticed the gate did not latch properly. So far our dog got out 3 times and the company does not respond to our calls to come adjust it. I’m sure it would be a simple task to fix this. I guess once they got their money they weren’t interested in us anymore
