I was in crisis and these people turned me away. They said it was because of medical conditions. They wanted to go to a PHP program not caring that I'm homebound. If I could give a lower rating I would in a heart beat.

Wish I could give a zero. Told my husband it takes 3 days to check insurance benefits while I was in crisis. $1000 up from for in patient for 7 days or $900 outpatient with insurance. We’re just cash cows like anywhere. Don’t waist your time or give your money to this place. I’d rather die.

Psychiatric treatment is completely subpar at this facility. Doesn't appear there is any actual treatment program. Residential patients mostly watch TV and mill about aimlessly.

Adaptable in my experience. My roommate was trans. On the outside of the rooms they have paper with the names of the people in the room. They do it when you get there. When the staff found out his preferred name, they crossed out his birth name & rewrote it as what he goes by. & anytime he corrected someone when they used the wrong pronoun, they always apologized & used he/him from then on.
I'd like to know if mother and daughter can enter the detox program together?
Apparently picking that concept up is crazy. So id be careful.
In my experience, they are all about getting money. They abused my family member. I would not use the facility.
Do you deal with minors on the autism spectrum?
Please call us for more information.
Yes, they can help diagnose people and start them on the right medications and treatment for that person.
I was here for 6 days in Feb 2020, felt longer but I'm the anxious type. No vape even if tiny and I wouldn't need to refill. It's policy and they said something about the batteries being a liability. You get 3 or 4 smoke breaks a day. Get outside, but you're mostly on a concrete pad with grass and pavilion and seating area near an ashtray for your unit. 3 separate non-mixing units for different issues. Good weather and it's nicer being there.was very cold and wet for me. Who takes a raincoat to rehab?!? Only allow cigarettes and I believe I saw a dip can in the smoke box that the nurse/staff keep and distribute from each break. There were "community packs" they shared for free but not always. Take more than expected, many were borrowing (incl me at first) or have visitors bring some if you need. I was in the Co-Existing disorders unit for psych/addicts and the smoker addicts I know are 100% borrowing if they wanted it..especially those withdrawing or post suicide attempt.
It depends if you have insurance or not. If you are insured with medicaid you may not have to pay anything. A private insurance you'd probably owe a co-pay but if you're self-pay you'll end up owing about $800 per day you're there. If you or someone you know needs he'll though, please get the help and not worry about the bill. Life is more important than the bill.
Yes, they do.
Yes, they do
I don't think so. I was an inpatient there and they have 3 adult units and 3 child units. Depending on your demeanor and what risk level you are and what you are in for determines what unit you are assigned to. When I went everyone was on suicide watch or at risk of suicide.

Yes. There are scheduled smoke breaks throughout the day. Patients must provide their own unopened packs of cigarettes.

Treatment programming is delivered in a group setting, and individualized to meet each patient's needs, based on an individualized treatment plan. 1:1 therapeutic interactions also occur to discuss discharge planning, and when group alternative treatments are indicated.

Hospital length of stay is individualized for each patient, and is discussed as part of the treatment planning process. There is no mandatory number of days that a patient has to stay in the hospital.
You can smoke at specific times, but they won't allow you to vape.
They will only accept Medicaid if you are 21 or under. They don't accept Insure Oklahoma or SoonerCare.
It depends on your insurance coverage. The first time I went they hadn't contracted out with any insurance companies yet, but they were still able to submit It to them and mine covered most of my stay. I actually ended up getting some money back.
