Three courses from a fixed price menu (with a couple options that add a little more), a lot from which to choose with each course. Each course was delicious and beautiful. Each course came out very timely, dessert surprising took the longest. The only issue was that it took a long time to get the bill and to pay it.

Incredible experience at the CIA! Bocuse was a dining experience for sure, student wait staff were outstanding. Chef's menus are always great and ordering was simple with great explanations of the different offerings. We chose oysters and the celery soup to start, bout outstanding with unique munier sauce for the oysters and great presentation on the soup with pear chunks and some sort of pork chunks, incredible. Duck and Halibut were our main courses, the Duck was cooked perfectly to a medium rare that was pomegranate demi glazed!! The halibut came with a warm relishy bean substance alongside a potato dish that was layered with a bit of heat, just amazing. Almost made like a lasagna, so different and pleasing.
