I spent 2 days trying to send a package and I ended up sending it by UPS. I guess there are too confident that they are an empire but even bigger empires have fallen. All this happened at the store located at 2417 Ponce de Leon Blvd in Coral Gables. I just needed to send a package and include a return label. Simple, right? That is not possible without a FEDEX account (which can only be done with customer service over the phone). I went home and called customer service. Turns out that I had an old inactive account which could be reactivated. I thought: Great! it should be faster... no no no. It took me 1 and 1/2 hrs and talking to SIX people to get the account reactivated. Next day I then went back to the store with my package to find out that they can not look up my account # at the store, I must know my account number to be able to make the shipment. And how do I get my account #? BY CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE! At this point I gave up and went to a UPS store nearby, my shipment was done in less than 20 minutes, without account #, without calling anybody and with my return address label. Note: Fedex office was empty, no waiting in line while UPS had a line of about 10 people. I couldn't help but wonder... why would all these people wait in line when FEDEX is a few blocks away? Could there be so many people unsatisfied with Fedex services? It looks like it. One thing is certain, FEDEX lost my business. I can't waste so much of my time just to ship a package. Their system is inefficient and archaic. I do not recommend.

I’ve been coming to print here for years now , but never have a received the service like I did on this visit . I definitely feel like assistant manager Alberto should be recognized for his customer service and dedication to the customer . He spent time explaining the best options for me , didn’t rush me or get annoyed . Thank you .

Hi my name is Suzette and I flew from NY to miami Tom give my daughter's in law a Baby shower. I had downloaded and paid for some game card, poster, and other rhinga to be printed put here. Thinking i could get it sone in one day being the shower was Saturday and I flew in thurs afternoon. Well not so due to shirt handed employees and ither orders it was nit going to be done in time. Thankfully for Alberto he heard my dilemma and went above and beyond to help accommodate my needs, I have to thank him for his professionalism and him actually doing the work. As for without him the shower would have been a bomb. So thank you again Alberto

I was very impressed about how quick they took care of me and the amazing service they gave me. Gladys, Yimmy and Kesha did an amazing job. They went beyond the call of duty in helping me and my friend get the picture how we want it. They took the time to find out why were printing that special picture. They were also very kind and friendly to my daughter, they made her feel really comfortable while we waited. I was beyond pleased with their service and attention given. God blessed them all and this business.
