After reading the previous reviews and after my visit today, I believe they must have cleaned house. EVERYONE was so very nice and helpful. I called ahead with some questions and Emmanuel was super courteous and patient on the phone and answered all my questions. Once I got there, Sam walked up to me as soon as I walked in, she was quick to offer her help. She kindly answered my questions and helped me with my needs. The whole visit from walk in to walk out was seamless and so helpful. All the staff was courteous and helped me get in and out when I was in a bit of a time crunch. To be honest, I was expecting not such a great experience after reading the previous reviews. However, im SO relieved that wasnt the case for me. Thanks to the staff that was working today. Much appreciated.

I was nervous coming to this location due to the negative reviews I found on google, however, upon entering and asking for help I was met with kindness and professionalism from Emmanuel immediately. I was relieved and appreciated this experience. He was extremely personable. Also, Lora was very pleasant as well. Thank you so much for a true 5 star experience at this Fedex office location.

An associate “helped” me and she was so rude. It really bother me. Sh was acting so nice but it was actually very rude. Left without finishing. So many great fed ex places with nice people so I did not stay there long’ would not recommend this fed ex.
