I found the most kind, polite and patient humans here and they helped me get my dream car there prices are fair I am definitely buying my next car with them. They also told me if I had any doubts or questions to not hesitate and call ..well sure enough I did have some questions and they were so respectful and very helpful over the phone as well . Thank you CUAuto Branch.

Be cautious going here. They want your keys as soon as you want to look at something on their lot. To add insult they offered me $7,000 less than 2 other Ford dealers did on my trade. Needless to say, I did not do business with them.

We have purchased two cars here and would go back. Both have been excellent with no problems. I will admit I know the owner, and I know he would never cheat our family. But I also think he's an honest, good person who is not out to do anything but give the best service. I can't speak for the sales people because we prefer to work on our own then straight to purchasing.

Okay, let me start by saying this is our third car purchased at this location. The first two experiences were okay. We appreciated the freedom of looking for a car without any interruptions. But, save yourself the stress and headache and go elsewhere. It’s not worth it. Read on this experience and you decide if you want to purchase your vehicle at an untrustworthy dealership. We purchased a 2020 vehicle in December of 2020. In July 2021 we noticed water leaking towards the back seat of the car. Right after the start of hurricane season. I’m not just talking about a drop of water. The water was brought up about halfway towards the back of the car. After noticing the build-up of water towards the back of the car. The vehicle was brought into a Toyota dealership within our area. They Informed us, of the previous service that was completed on the vehicle, and how someone tempted with the vehicle trying to fix the damaged area. I got in contact with Toyota, I spoke with about 6-7 different individuals. After speaking with someone within Toyota cooperate office. They completed an investigation. From their investigation, they shared what happened to the vehicle and also, stated this was information that should have been shared in the vehicle Carfax. But with this dealership “apparently, the information was not shared” Christina picked up the phone and I know her face well at this point. She Is trash. The manager is Christine. She is a bigger pile of trash. Her management skills and customer relation response are non-existent. She tends to run away from situations rather than try to resolve issues. They blame everything on Toyota. So, you want to take a chance at purchasing a vehicle at this location. Don’t, they don’t deserve it. They hide information from the buyers they shouldn’t have. After reading this, If you are still 100 percent sure you want to purchase a vehicle from this location, here is what you need to do. Get in contact with the previous dealer of that vehicle, speak to the service manager and ask them to go through the vehicle services report with you. You will be surprised. Also, give yourself 6 months after the purchase to leave an honest review. This dealership does not deserve a score of 4/5. I'm saying this because my previous two experience was not worth 4 starts. The rating of 3/5 on Carfax, that's too high. They deserve a 1/5. One for actually having vehicles. Now, I have to take legal actions toward this company to resolve an issue we did not cause. They have placed the owner of this vehicle, who is an elder woman in danger of her health and safety.

Correct, also to add some are "surrendered" but they're used cars. Some are in incredibly good condition.

I'd suggest calling and asking them directly

Are the prices at CU negotiable? The car I am looking at is about 1100 above Car Guru average price.

Like the others suggested, you should check their website. You just posted your question on Google, not on their website. Not all business even check this area. Hope this helps!
