I've been dealing with the store at 83rd and West Flagler for three years now. The guys are MAGNIFICENT!! A special kudos to my favorite agent "Alex"!! So experienced, super fast and polite to the max. Never loses his cool even when they're incredibly busy. Thanks so much for having Alex on your team of professionals. He's bilingual, personable, patient and kind to all his clients. Please give him a promotion to manager. He seriously runs the place!!

Wow! Outstanding service! I drove from another UPS store that would not even take the time to answer any of my questions or provide me with any recommendations. The moment I walked into this store. The owner welcome me in and noticed I was stressed out. He gave me the perfect recommendation for my situation. I can honestly say that he truly rolled out the red carpet treatment!
