Matt and his Gym helped me lose almost 100 pounds. He is patient and his plan works. What was most beneficial though, is his compassion. The man cares for what he does, and it shows in his gym. His business is genuinely trying to make people live healthier and more fulfilling lives. My life is forever changed, because of this wonderful business, its kind staff, and their willingness to meet people where they are in their weight loss journey.

I recently started training with Matt & Hannah at Chronic Health Club. It has been life changing. The diet plan is so simple, with lots of yummy options. (Pizza! Burritos! Cookies! Muffins!) Along with the diet, I have received encouragement, training, daily communication & life skills that I can utilize in/out of the gym. My husband and I have enjoyed it so much, we have recently signed our two teens up to join us in our healthy lifestyle. They both with focus on full body strength & speed/agility training with Colton. Not only will this help their sports, it will set a great foundation for future! Thank you the entire staff for all that you do and out into US!

The level of professionalism and positivity Matt and Staff provided to me as a client was incredible! The program changed my life in every way. I accomplished my weight loss goals in just under a year and have been successful in maintaining my weight going forward. This program is not a gimmick or easy. Hey Matt! It does vary from day to day, but in general mornings and evenings are our busier times. Mid day around lunch is usually a slower time in the gym.
