Shan, yes you can actually recycle the copper with or without the insulation, which ever way is easiest for you, however the wire will need to be removed from the spool prior to weighing for purchase. Yes you can sell lead and lead wheel weighta but most wheel weights are not pure lead so there will be a dramatic difference in price.

Unfortunately that isn't a commodity that we are able to quote without having it in hand. There are far too many variables that go into the pricing.
