I can see my doctor, but there is not one counselor who will take me as a client. They should add more counselors. If I could go somewhere else I would.

Horrible!!! No doctors, only licensed practitioner, don’t care about my daughters mental health, didn’t even know there was 2 practitioners on my supposed to be confidential zoom call, needed 2 people cause the one handling my daughters case was new and not even licensed yet! Called for an appointment and didn’t even know who she was talking to, called my daughter a different patient name. Took my daughter off her meds and denying my appointment and now my daughter is having horrible issues while I’ve had to wait for another appointment at a different practice. Councling is a joke, promised my daughter they would be there for her after opening up and needing to go through a police interview , lied , didn’t even see her after that . Worst place I’ve ever seen and should be shut down!

Receptionists are extremely rude. Ive been going to CCC for almost 3 years and the receptionists have always been rude to me. My Doctor moved out of town and i wasn’t notified.
