My daughter was seeing a counselor here and the counselor was great. Only issue we had with the counselor is that she canceled the 1st appointment and did not notify us. Then the membership fees and all of the other hidden fees was just ridiculous. They would randomly charge for services that we had not yet received. This continued for a few months until it just became too much. I have had to dispute so many charges with my bank because of them. We canceled services with them March 28th and even have the email stating we canceled our subscription. On 07/20/22 they charged my account for $139.00!! For what? We haven't used then since March. If you value your hard earned money I strongly advice you to stay away from this place. So now here I am this morning disputing another unauthorized charge.

Their paperwork has written into it agreeing to pay significantly more than they tell you it will be. They will not let you see the doctor unless you sign it. They gave me the runaround about that until nearly time for my appointment and when it was determined I would have to cancel told me they would waive the fees. I just got a $99 bill they explicitly told me I wouldn't receive. I tried calling billing and spent 130 minutes cumulatively on hold (the call you back feature did NOT call me back) and then when I got a person she immediately put me on hold and never picked back up or called me back. That was an additional 40 minutes on hold with a painfully high pitched noise coming from the phone. This place is psychological torture designed to rip you off.
