Butcher shops are not so common anymore and this was a wonderful reminder of why they should stick around. Great service, nice selection and they were able to accommodate a specific cut and weight without a pre-order.

Yes. I was there buying some aged tri tips and ribeyes. The person in front of me got 2 tomahawk steaks. The butcher went and got them out of the walk in cooler. Seemed like he had ordered them ahead? At any rate, I can say their meat is incredible. Worth calling or stopping by.
