While the drinks are good, the customer service isn’t. I placed an online order 30 minutes prior to arriving and when I went in one of the girls “working” was just on her phone and ignored me the entire time I was standing there. It wasn’t at a busy time either.

Boba is always good so i can't score lower than a 3 but took like 30 minutes to wait in line, order, and get my boba. Was there at 9pm and only 2 people working the whole store. They did the best they could but they really need to hire more staff

Love this place. The milk teas with boba are delicious. I particularly like the almond milk tea. Not many places carry this flavor. All in all, good place to visit. It's small, and you'll wait in line but it's not long. They do a good job of moving the line along.
