I bought 5 bags of skinlesd catfish nuggets for a fish fry. Not paying any attention rushing to get it seasoned and deep fried. Only 33 pieces were edible all the rest had tough thick white skin that you can not chew unless you had shark teeth. Ruined my whole fish fry. Nobody want tilapia...

Given the situation, I'll settle for the adjective "frustrating" to describe my experience today. Arrived early, as I was told would be acceptable. Directed to a dock. 30 minutes later, "we need you to move to dock whatever" your stuff is over there. Okay. I'll cooperate. Check in again. Walked into the warehouse and was met my a profoundly unpleasant odor --urine--...YUCK. 4 HOURS LATER....I'm loaded. So, pack a lunch, wear a mask (they require it right now, and don't ever shop at SuperValue stores. Also, bring your backing skills. There's a fair chance that you will need them.

Sockey salmon Portions - they were socked in water first, to get more weight, then frozen and vacuum packed. Old trick. Horrible taste, ugly looking after cooking. Crooks!
