As long as I live in Pierce County, this location will always be my go-to for car rentals! Hands down one of the best customer services I’ve experienced from any company. I’d like to give a shout-out especially to Jaylan Fontanilla. He’s been extremely helpful with a rental that I’ve had for over 30 days. He was so helpful that I don’t even know if I should mention any specifics because I don’t want anyone abusing the courtesy he’s shown me during my rental period. LOL Everyone I’ve had an interaction with at this location has gone above and beyond, and they’ve been extremely easy to work with, especially now with the car rental shortages nationwide. Thanks, Jaylen and everyone there at the S. Tacoma Way location. Side note: avoid the Market St. location. My experiences there were the exact opposite of this location.

The staff here are very effective and friendly! While they work with customers, punching in information looking at the screen, they are still smiling and greeting each customer who walks into/ out of their place. Some even answered phone calls very fluently and effective while doing all of these! Their service was quick as they don’t print out anything- everything was done on the computer and with their tablets. Receipt was emailed to my email instantly! I’ve dealt with many rental places, but Enterprise has always been the best! No hidden cost, honest, and fast! This Lakewood Enterprise is really the best out of all Enterprises! Plus, the car was clean and new.

I enjoy Shawn customer service but everyone else is mediocre. I spend so much money with them and often feel used because of it. I run a business and have my own vehicle but due to so issues I've been relying on the cars of Enterprise. It's not my favorite place. I prefer the Downtown office but they are always put of cars.

Can’t say enough good about this branch! They really do the most in the best way. We rented an suv over the weekend to haul some decorations & catering orders for my baby shower. My sedan just wasn’t going to cut it. I completely messed up - I was supposed to pick up my rental at 4 but due to a combination of pregnancy brain and exhaustion, I completed spaced out and took a nap instead. I woke up in a panic 10 minutes before closing time and called the branch. They waited for me to arrive so I could still get my rental before they closed. I also messed up on my rental return. I was supposed to return my rental right at closing time so I figured no need to rush, I would just do an after hours drop off. Once I showed up after they had already closed, I realized they don’t do that at this branch. I showed up the next day and dropped off my rental and they did not charge me the extra day even though it was my mistake and misunderstanding. Additionally, as I waited for my Uber to arrive, Jaylan brought me a water. These guys really are the best.
