If you like collecting treasures, this is a great place. Park at North Beach, (restrooms are available!) and start walking, whether you head toward the light house or trek towards glass beach, you will find tons of sea glass, rocks, and shells.

Limited parking gets pretty crowded in summer months and over the holidays when folks are visiting, but a local favorite otherwise. Connects to Fort Worden state park via beach( tide permitting ) or up and over bluffs on woodsy trails.

Stunning for sunsets and walks and I ran on the beach because the tide was low stunning.

Wow! Looking for Sea glass? This is great! We went during a low tide of 6ft. The beach was a bit skinny at this height. The hike is easy for most of the way, but there are some patches with rocks bigger than your hand and will be rough to navigate. We found plenty of glass, filling up half of a quart sized mason jar. We even found some uranium glass and one piece of Amberina glass! The hike took us about four hours each way. We went slow as I have mobility issues. We were still all very please and finished the hike without much issue. The parking area was nice, and we did see some police patrolling it so it seemed safe to park in. The park was not that busy, and we only saw 2 couples during our entire hike. We had a close encounter with a family of river otters, who were hunting just on the shore. We also spotted seals popping their heads out of the water, and a large assortment of birds.

Yes.
No unfortunately you have to step down a few very soft sand steps
Yes, however it is still a long walk. About a half hour. Keep the tides in mind.
