This place is a joke! I took my new puppy here with concerns MULTIPLE TIMES and they MISSED DIAGNOSED HER FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH AND SAID SHE WAS FINE! Then they finally gave me answers and sent me to Medvet! At Medvet we were told there was a chance my dog wouldn’t make it even if we gave them the $6000 for critical care! We even had the talk of putting her down because she was so sick!! I would NEVER recommend this place unless you just need shots!

Absolute Nightmare. We took our 6 year old cat in at 11am they asked us questions we gave them a through rundown of all our concerns. They called us FIVE HOURS later, very casually and with no sense of urgency that her temp was too low and she needed to go to a hospital that could do more. They hadn’t ran any of the blood work or urine tests we had ordered in those 5 hours. They finally did the blood work we ordered when we were on our way to pick her up. They’re parting words to us where, “sorry it took us so long to see her” I am sad to say that the emergency hospital wasn’t able to save her. I’ll never forgive myself for having her last day be with people who didn’t care and had absolutely no compassion for her life.

My dog was happy. I just didn't feel ok with the cat and my allergies. It was the office cat. But overall the best

I would not even give one star but have to give one to make a review. I came here to put my dog to sleep (13 years of having her was like my child) and initial visit was ok. However, I came back in to pick up my dogs remains on the day they said she would be ready and when I came in they were clueless as to where my dog was and did not have her remains. So after about 10 plus minutes of waiting still no answer to where my dog was. So I became very angry and let them know if you don't find my dog there is going to be an issue. There was a young looking girl in the front and a girly boy up there he states she didn't pay that's why we cant find her dog and he was very rude said many nasty things and as I was ready to put my hands on him the other worker him to go to the back and he did not he continued to speak to me any kind of way. Then I stated the manager stated I could pay for her remains the day i picked her up and the way the staff acted was very unacceptable. I would never in life take another pet to this establishment. Service is trash they have no empathy. They stated they would call when my dog was ready and did not I had to call them. Then the " Manager " calls me back after hearing my concerns and as I told her an apology don't fix how your staff acted and how unprofessional they were. Terrible place and wish I had taken my pet somewhere else.!

Questions & Answers

Why does this location have an alarm that goes off every day at 8a? It can be heard throughout the neighborhood, but can't be good for the animals within the clinic.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
