Called before I went, and Cust. Service Rep told me that copy key prices would range from $3.00-12.00/copy. I had the most basic, most common type of house out there, and the machine was going to charge more than $9/key. When I tried to cancel, it offered a 30% discount at roughly $6.69/copy key, so I thought, "Well, I don't want to drive all the way to Garden Grove to my usual locksmith, called Tin Locksmith on Garden Grove Blvd., so I'll pay the $13 for two copy keys. I proceeded, and the machine then told me I was eligible for a free key; when I proceeded to check-out, the "free" key was nearly $10, and my total, including a so-called "upgrade" for an extra $1.99, came to 29 some-odd dollars for three measly copy keys. UNMITIGATED RIP-OFF!!! Left and went to Tin Locksmith in Garden Grove, who gave me four perfectly cut copy keys for a grand total of $8. AND the keys didn't need to come in the mail three days later.

Prices were outrageous! $8.99 for a plain brass key. Be patient go to home depot /walmart and let them cut your key for less than $3
