I spoke with Alisa not long ago regarding car oil issues. She is very polite and professional. Makes you feel like you're talking to a cool friend. She got me an appointment to get my car checked out. The crew there is awesome. They let you know what's wrong with the vehicle and let's you know what they recommend. In my case it was an oil change because my oil light came on way earlier than expected. After they fixed that issue, they went an extra mile and got my car washed too. Such great service. Thumbs up for that!

Was shopping for a 4x4/third vehicle to add to the stable. In 2021/2022 it’s tough to find something fairly priced eat alone available. I sent a message on an older truck and Doreen Dyer responded back super quick. That truck sold fast but she asked what she could keep an eye out for. I told her Tacoma, Tundra, or Ridgeline. Some stuff came and went and the. She texted me that they just got a single owner Tundra in on trade. She shot me pics and held it for me while my wife and I decided and drive up to grab it. You can start the appraisal process on our website and this can speed up the verification process, which can be completed at our dealership in a few minutes. If we need to put your vehicle on a lift to check for leaks or research repair history this can add to the duration, but your appraiser can anticipate these events prior to your visit if your initial condition report is accurate. If you prefer to do the whole appraisal in-person, please contact any member of our sales team to schedule ahead of your visit.
Yes! You can add your trade-in to your car deal when you start online on our website or when you visit the dealership. Appraisal process is similar for a purchase and a trade-in, and there are some tax benefits to trading in your vehicle. Please check with your salesperson for more details on the benefits of trading-in your current vehicle.
You can start your purchase or lease transaction, even get a trade-in value and research financing options at home. We do need to be in-person to get wet signatures or can ship paperwork if you're in Alaska. If you have a trade-in, we will need to verify items on the condition report (which you can complete at home or work on our website). We can complete these items at your home or place of business within 25 miles of our dealership, and appointment times will vary based on staff availability. Buying from home isn't new for small purchases, but buying a vehicle online is new for many of us. Please let us know how we can make it easy for you; we're here to help.
Test drives aren't required, but are recommended. 10 minutes behind the wheel is well worth it to make sure you're comfortable, and you may want to try accelerating on the freeway or parallel parking. Estimate 10-15 minutes for a test drive; longer if you want to try new technology before leaving the parking lot.

Please remember, our delivery area is limited to 25 miles from the dealership and exceptions will be based on staff availability and are at the discretion of our management team.
