I visited northwest retirement center recently to demonstrate an elderly entertainment service (vr) and was surprised having read the reviews here how much contradiction there was, staff was very friendly (and I observed for awhile while they didn't know who I was). It was brought up to me that the majority of the staff had been there for 3 months or less so im left to assume there was a (cleaning of the house). My service is $65.00 hr and after my demonstration they didn't bat an eye at my price which leaves me to believe they are not simply harvesting benefits since they are willing to spend money on premium entertainment for the residents, I would certainly recommend northwest retirement center as a lower cost home solution. Talk to Robin the activity director she is great!

this place is a trash compactor that rapes mentally ill people for their social security money by minimizing complaints to staff, who then place false reports to state and county officials with D.S.H.S and local Ombudsman about the actual circumstances of theft, abuse, neglect. when the facility wants to appear blameless for condoning these lifer altering crimes they victimize the complaining resident and and use law enforcement to arrest people with staff contrived lies and embellishments.
