I haven't tried the boat out yet since it's the middle of winter but I picked it up today and feel very confident they were able to repair my boat that had multiple things going on with it. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced with any repair facility. Also, they are extremely communicative and professional from everyone I worked with. The Mechanic who worked on the boat just happen to be standing there when I picked it up and spent about 20 minutes with me chatting about what he did and that I was at 60% power but should be at 100% now. I cannot wait to take it out! I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone, hands down. When I dropped the boat off, another customer told me he has had a lot of work done through this shop and I wouldn't find better work and honesty like he has experienced here and I would have to agree. For reference I dropped off my 2008 Rinker Captiva 192 Merc Cruiser 4.3l V6 with Alpha 2 Gen1

I just purchased a new tip Mercury propane motor. All the staff is super friendly. They also did a great job fielding my questions even after I left the shop. I'll definitely be using them for future Marine needs.

Great service at Tacoma Marine Repair. Local business you can trust. Excellent to work with every time I bring my boat in. Parts I needed were obsolete but Greg helped resolve the situation regardless.

I have been taking my boats to Tacoma Marine repair for 15 years now. I have always gotten excellent service from Greg and his crew. They will even help you with advice if your going to tackle it on your own. I have sent friends there and they thought it was a great place to do business.
