Normally love this store but just now bought 2 pots of zinnias that were on a table out front, about burnt up with a huge sign that says 2 for 10. There were 3 types of flowers on this table with these big signs stuck in the middle of all the flowers. Went to pay and the rang up full price. I told the kid running the checkout and he came out and looked at the signs and that they are sticking in the middle of the flowers. Yet told me it was only for select plants. Hate FALSE ADVERTISING.

Decent customer service here now. I think they have nixed most of the ones that really didn't want to be there now. It's easier to get things done that you need such as returns, checking orders and purchasing special orders. I frequently purchase items here and so far it's improved greatly in the past few months.

We cancel our door installation project here , calling for refund is not a good experience. We have to keep calling because they said , we will get the full refund , each time we check they only put part of the amount. The excuse was they miss it . How can you miss it it’s clearly in your system how much the customer paid! We’re still waiting for remaining refund. I always like to shop here but this has really make me and my family don’t want to go here again. Calling to the managers no one will answer you..
