They keep mixing up mail. I’m getting other peoples mail (from all over Fredericksburg, not just neighbors) and my expected mail isn’t showing up. Very disappointing.

Someone better tell me where my mail is from a couple of days ago. My Absentee Voter Ballot was in the mailbox. I have informed delivery and saw it. However, it is not in the mail box! Where. Is. It? House 11122 Gander Court!

They've had my package for a week after swearing they tried delivering it. They have yet to reattempt it and refuse to let me pick it up. Absurd! I've had nothing but problems with this place. Worse than the DMV.

I would like to give a 5 star review for an employee who works at the post office. Her name is Nikki. She is a superstar and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Every time I go into this post office and deal with Nikki it’s always a pleasant experience and she always is helpful. However, there have been other employees that I deal with that are extremely rude and it amazes me that the postal service has not addressed the horrible service. Thank You Nikki for continuing to provide great service, I pay attention on how you interact with the customers when I’m there. Even when you’re tired, you’re still providing good service. Thank You

@Karen Akers They can't throw away my mail? Mail without my name on it is not mine. Neither is mail addressed as "Current resident". If that's actually the case then I think I'll start resending my mail in new envelopes this address. Addressed to "current resident" since that makes it their property again.
Because I'm convinced they have an older land-line phone with no voicemail plugged in with the ringer turned off. Sometimes I think they just leave it off the hook. That's why sometimes it rings all day with no answer, and other times you just get the busy tone. I called once from work and just set the phone down for 4 hours. When I picked it up later it was still ringing.
Some of them are just too lazy, you can't scan a package that requires signature without being in front of the house, and when you ring the bell, you have to stand there for a while in case someone was probably upstairs or handicapped for them to have enough time to get to the door.
They listed a number that is disconnected 98% of the time, or they just put you on hold until it hangs up

I don't know. Ask the Post Office.
I am having the same problem went a month without receiving any mail, I filed a complaint now I am getting some of my mail but not all of it. I'm being told it's the pandemic but I think they just aren't putting the mail into the boxes.
Closes at 1pm today
The mail addressed to 22405 should be picked up at the Falmouth post office on route 17.
They knock but you don't probably hear the knock and if your door says do not disturb they'll probably not knock and they have to leave a paper if they know it's not secured to leave the box or you have to sign for it
Yes, for only 30 days
