Beginning to end the entire application/move in process was extremely user friendly technical wise, but… above that Katina was one of the sweetest souls any one could have during this process. Moving can be a quite a headache all by itself it absolutely does not need any help. They literally partner with a company that sets up all of your utilities for you. (Talk about ease) I actually wound up having to switch homes due to the original one I applied to still being renovated and even that process was extremely comforting. Katina made sure my move in process was as less stressful as possible. No matter what barriers came into play. I value people who treat you like a human even through the challenging of times. I am so grateful to be finally moved into my new home with my children. Everything in our home is comfortable and we know we have the security of a property management group who truly cares about their tenants. Thank you so much Katina ♥️

We paid our $120 dollar àpplication just to be told the next day that we do not qualify because we "do not have enough rental history" we've lived in a family owned home the last 5 years where we payed rent. They didn't even call to verify anything. When I tried to explain that we didn't live with family they wouldn't listen.
