I will be finding another office to take care of my dermatology needs. I had a cancerous spot removed in May by Kristen, a PA who has since left the practice. She had advised that I make an appt in 6 mos to follow-up, so I made the appt for today, they made it with Dr. Ead. I was taken back to the room and was asked why I was there. I told her that I'd been advised to come in for a follow up, and that I also had another spot on my face that I wanted to ask a question about. She said "oh, we dont do follow-ups unless its a skin graft. We were all wondering why you were here today because it didnt make sense. Also, he's a cancer dr, you'll have to make another apptoinment to have that other spot checked." If they were ALL wondering why I was there today, WHY didn't anyone call me about it before I drove 45 mins to get to an appt that was advised by their PA to not even be seen by anyone?!?!? Obnoxious!! I'll be taking my business elsewhere, thanks for nothing.

Hello Bonita, We do treat eczema, however, we are not accepting Virginia Premier at this time. Another option would be if you wish to self pay, we will supply you with the information needed to send to your insurance company for your reimbursement.
