Smoke free base. Substandard leadership training. You don’t learn anything well through power point presentations. That is not how you hone leadership skills. The Boy Scouts does a better job of turning out competent leadership. This is coming from a distinguished graduate of your so call NCO course. Do a better job, or stop wasting our tax dollars. And no one answers the phone on your base so a veteran can access his or her records as per the Freedom of Information Act.

They don’t have to pay to see the air show! They have to pay to park. There was a lot of time and money that went into the show, and it is not free to have all those acts, there are fuel costs most of them are not active military and have to be paid for their time and equipment.
Show up to the gate and tell them what you are trying to do. They should be able to direct you from there. I work on the installation and as far as I know people come up all the time to do this.
Check the V.A., that deal is not quite finalized yet for ID'S.
