My Dr gets 10 stars. But the front desk lady needs to go. She used to work at my kids Dr office was same thing she is a little lazy.

The waits are always super long. Prepare for two plus hours a wait. No one ever returns any calls. Takes over a week to get refills on prescriptions. You have to spend 20-30 plus minutes on hold on the phone waiting to talk to anyone.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Don't bother calling to make an appointment, you'll never get the receptionist. Also, don't bother dialing zero to leave a message for a return call, because the mailbox is full. It's been full for MONTHS. The only way I can get an appointment is to physically walk into the building. And when I do, there's never anyone in the waiting area. So why can't one of the four people working up front pick the phone up? It's almost as if they want the practice to fail. It's the only logical explanation I can come up with. I was a long time patient of Dr. Neifeld and always had the best service and care from his old practice. But when he moved to this practice it all went down hill. Everything about going here is horrible. More practitioners than actual doctors and again, I can never make an appointment by phone. Lastly, I used to be able to pay my bills over the phone with them, but now no one even picks up on that line. So, I have to drive to the office and pay in person. If you want an experience of what seeing a doctor, (excuse me) a nurse practitioner is like in a third world country,then by all means go there. I myself have had enough.

I have been coming here for many years and never have I seen it this bad. I had back issues a few weeks ago and it took over a week to get an appointment. While I was there, Dr. Magnin decided to do bloodwork since I was due. I have been trying for weeks to get into the portal to get a copy of my results but it has been down. So I tried calling on multiple occasions to see about getting a copy but cannot ever get through. After holding for more than 10 minutes it just cuts me off. I even tried selecting the prompt to leave a message and it says the mailbox is full. I give up. I have been contemplating changing to a different practice but was waiting until Dr. Magnin retires. I am not going to make it.

No walk ins but same day scheduling is at noon and are for sick appointments only. Any other issues must be scheduled for another day which you can make at any time.
No I don't think so . I see only Frank unless need ASAP I love the after hours care and weekend availability as well
