After having a less than satisfactory experience with my previous insurance company (A Affordable of Worcester) I decided to switch to Bell & Hudson in West Brookfield, after hearing positive feedback from a friend of mine who I've known for over 20+ years who uses them as his insurance company. He has always had great results with them, so I decided to take his advice & try them out. I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle & had to transfer plates from my previous car to the new one. Robin was the agent who assisted me with this transaction. I found her to be very friendly, professional & helpful. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was really polite & courteous, I already feel confident in this company by the way they've handled my recent business & how I was treated so far. Friendly people. Great service. Would definitely recommend!

Hi Robert, thanks for contacting us on Google. We do issue plates for our customers directly out of our Belchertown office. We are in the process of obtaining access to issue them right in our West Brookfield office, which should be completed shortly. We also have a runner go to the RMV every Wednesday for a small fee.
