My experience was impeccable today. My doctor made sure I made all of my referral appointments on the spot and she listened very well. LaTasha did my bloodwork in the lab and she knocked it out of the park! I have tiny veins and I usually end up bruised with multiple bandages, but LaTasha heeded my warning, got right in there and got the job done! It was effortless and painless! The ladies at radiology were also awesome.
We've been with Kaiser since 2012 and have never had to wait that long. Not sure what happened, but I can tell you that is not typical. We have been very pleased.

Just call the main number and wait for prompt that asks if you would like to speak with the pharmacy. That's what I do.

Contact Kasiers medical records department, they will have u complete an Authorization of Release and on the form, check complete medical records and give date ranges... they can be mailed to u.
