Well organized, efficient and professional are words that characterize Radar Clinic pharmacy for me.

Wont call you by preferred name. Staff is discriminating and bigoted. Always a bad experience.

Nobody ever answers any of the phones. The website demands that I make an appointment before coming in to pick up MY medical records (which should not be necessary), yet nobody answers the phone at any of the phone numbers when I try to call to set up such an appointment. I called so many numbers. Of course the only person who did answer a phone (the appointment line), is not able to set up THIS kind of appointment. New management pleeeeease.
