Horrible customer service. I spent more than one hour there and ended up leaving the place with none of the services I was looking for. The associate offered me to update my plan to take advantage of a promotion. Changed my plan just to later let me know he gave me the wrong prices and he won’t honor them even when it was his mistake. He didn’t check the availability of the Internet devices and after waiting he told me he didn’t have anymore. He told me to go to another store or call T-Mobile myself. He did not offer a solution neither to check the availability in the other stores. Horrible customer service!!!

Both are an option. I try to book an appointment whenever possible, to avoid wait-times...but walk-ins are certainly allowed
