I met with Ms. Bronte. She identified herself as a Nurse Practitioner. When I told her I expected to see a doctor she immediately became offended and practically threw me out the door. I asked if she could help me find a doctor and she told me they don't even staff doctors. Unqualified AND unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would. They treat addicts terribly. My fiancé has been clean for over 3 years and her “doctor” won’t give her anything for her CRIPPLING anxiety because she “doesn’t fee comfortable” doing that…. She didn’t ask for more than 10 pills a month to help her be able to function in the real world. The “doctor” had told her in the beginning that she would be willing to work with her and get her on medication that will help and she has refused to Do so. Do not go here if you are an addict looking for any mental health help they won’t help you and will treat you like you are less than. I guess because someone has made mistakes in their life they just have to suffer forever. Part of the reason people self medicate because the doctors won’t help. Good job 👍🏼

Agreed, staff is awesome and always willing to help
They have resources
The Daily Planet helps people who are considered homeless and/or have little to no income or insurance. It takes awhile to get seen the first time but once you're in they do a good job of helping out.
You have to leave rbha and transfer to them
Yes but even with medicaid there is a fee of @ 50.00
8 to 430
The Daily Planet provides medical and behavioral health services at both locations.
Yes, those tests are available.
Not that I am aware of.
Too smart for them to handle huh? Lmfao I’ll believe that when you learn proper grammar and sentence structure 😂🤷🏽♂️
Just call tomorrow and let them know you can not make it. Or reschedule
You should probably bring your social security card and an ID when you go.
Do you mean registration, or intake? For registration you want to bring insurance, id, or proof of income. For intake you bring your id. You might want to still bring your proof of insurance if you have insurance. The people at registration are set up to help you apply for Medicare also.
Honestly I find daily planet to be a very piss poor place to go. You can never call there and SOMEBODY will answer the phone. Its about 1000 ppl working there and nobody will answer the phone. I was trying to cancel an appointment for a whole week by phone and i had to wind spending $25 on an uber to go there just to cancel an appointment Also the dentist was very unprofessional. They really don't seem to have their program together. I went there for a deep cleaning. One employee told me that i had enough insurance to cover the procedure and the dentist demanded that I pay $100 co-payment. Even after we called my insurance company and they also told her that i am not supposed to pay an out of pocket co-payment. I paid $50 for the first visit but the receptionist told me not to the copayment. Now im in limbo because one person is telling me that I owe another $50 and another person is telling me that he is going to have the $50 i paid mailed to me. So for i haven't received any
I know that they have good dentists, but not about the dentures. You might try calling them directly.
I am pretty sure they have a walk-in day...probably best to call or drop in to ask.
Yes
It's either eight or eight thirty. They are closed tomorrow, though.
The questions posed here, on Google go out to users who have previously reviewed the facility...so fellow patrons. I would suggest calling them directly, also because to get any services from them you have to register first anyway. I can say that they have experience with a LOT of different stuff. It's definitely worth getting in touch.
The dental care is NOT free but on a sliding scale. Even the lowest/no income status has to pay something but it's about half of what others charge.
I think so, even if it is not, they have a program so it will be free or $5 to $10, at the most.
Possibly, call and ask.
Don't know
