This place did not help my dad and I when we was homeless we had to called the help line service and we slept in our car that we had and we even went to a homeless shelter so this place did not help us at all I would not recommend this place to No one because they wouldn't help us.👎👎

First go to Homeless Point of Entry at 511 West Grace St in Richmond. Hilliard House is a family shelter though. So you must have a least one kid or be pregnant. Also if it is a dangerous domestic situation theres good chance you won't be able to go to Hillard House as their main focus is Rapid Rehousing. They really aren't equipped to handle a serious domestic situation
