I’d give no stars. I ordered doors in September, they did not arrive until March, and then they were broken. Now I have to wait until mid May for replacements. No one at Windowrama is doing anything to expedite the replacements or keep my informed. Basically, they only care about the sale but will do nothing to make sure they get installed.

Do yourself a favor a go someplace else. Contractor recommended this place to us. We order Anderson French patio doors with oil-rubbed bronze hardware. Doors arrived with gold hinges and oil-rubbed bronze handles which appeared as if it were spray painted. Contacted salesperson Pete who attempted to convince me that we had ordered gold hinges, so we asked him to order the hinges to match the oil-rubbed bronze handles. Then proceeds to tell me that "95% of people don't match the hinges and handles". Really? He quotes us one price for the hinges and then weeks later calls back to give us another price stating that the cost had increased. We then had issues with the handles when our contractor was attempting to install we noticed that it was missing a piece. On further examining the part it was determined that the handle was a used handle that was packaged and given to us as a "new item". Not impressed with the level of service at all. After spending almost $5,000 for a door one would not anticipate this kind of experience. I ordered a similar door from Home Depot 4 years ago and the service that we received there compared to WindowRama is unmatched. For that I will NEVER shop here or recocommed to anyone again.
