I would like to thank Bill & Lila for the beautiful job they did on my basement windows. They were very friendly and hard working they came in knock it out right away. Also excellent job cleaning up. I appreciate your service thank you again.

Had an appointment for them to install 2 glass block windows on our house. They came by and wouldn't take out the windows to install????? You would figure a window installer would take out the old window. He told me I need to do it before installing. EDIT: Was reached out to and apparently "the paperwork said, the homeowner was suppose to remove the window". Still odd, but they are coming back to hopefully do the job. Will edit my review if the job gets done. EDIT#2: Never showed up for our appointment. Had to call after the scheduled time frame to find out they weren't coming. They told us to call them on Tuesday to reschedule. So back to the end of the line I guess. Just want our deposit back at this point.
